Due to the intensive nature of the private label software setup and access granted to proprietary researched data Black Label CRM does not offer any refunds for whatever reasons of the one-time Private Label setup fee. Additionally, Black Label CRM does not issue any pro-rated refunds for the remaining period when an account with a monthly or annual subscription is canceled.
